My wife prefers Nathaniel, though it is kind of hard to spell...I guess you would go with Nate?

Out of those two, I prefer Nathaniel. But like AlongthePemi said, Jonas Nathaniel sounds very nice.

And like Jersey Boys said, some people will probably mess it up, like maybe calling Jonas 'Jonah; or something. I have an Eian, and people call him Ethan and Ee-on all the time. It's really irritating.
