I am terrible with reading signals. When we are at school and I walk by him and sit down he will come sit by me. Lately he has been touching me, he used to not to. He also mimics me when I talk with my hands. Is that flirting? I catch him looking at me but I could just be thinking he is. We are in band together and I tell him I want to get out he tells me that he would be sad if I got out. He also gives me lots of high fives. Does that mean anything? Please help.

Yes he likes you. It sounds like you're in high school. Guys (and girls) at this age are horrible at expressing their emotions. He is giving you attention which is the first sign, the second is that he said you would make him sad if you left an activity you are both in. If you like him flirt back! Tell him he looks good in whatever he's wearing.. guys like to have reassurance that they are aesthetically pleasing.

Those can be signals or it can be him clowning around as friends. If ya like him jsut go for it and ask him out, worst case he says no and you continue as you were.

If he's paying you attention, then yes, he likes you...if he didn't, he'd act like you weren't even around. Take the subtle hints and enjoy it...flirt back abit...he might like it too.
