by putting *MY* email address in the "from" space? I want them to stop sending them, but if I report this as spam, it comes home to roost with me, because of their wicked scheme. I just want to find out who is doing this and get them in really bad trouble.

If "report as spam" puts the blame on you, then you're at a *very* lame ISP. Get your internet access from some provider that has more of a clue. Any ISP that doesn't understand that the From: field is often forged by spammers is an ISP that you do *not* want to trust with your e-mail.
