That question has a lot of possible answers depending on what your jealous of. Personally I think maturing will solve a lot of your problem. However, I have always found something Else to think about. Either another person, thing,money and believe me prayer helps most.

That is a good question I would not know.!! now if you want to stop being Jealous!! you should first increase your self esteem!!! by exercising, studying, being sociable etc.. that works trust me!!! I was jealous myself

Jealousy is natural, but try to focus your energy somewhere else. It's not a productive emotion, so try to refocus on a more productive activity like exercise or studying.

So what if she got the promotion? So what if she gets to go out with what's-his-name? None of that stuff affects you in the slightest.

Be the best YOU can be, and live with that.

To put it simple just ask yourself a question.
Do you really care about the man your with?
If so just remember Jealousy is the biggest destroyer of relationships.
