Your owners manual will give you the correct intervals for valve adjustment as well and all other necesary adjustments and checks. If you don't have one you should be able to get one through the dealership.

The Honda cbr954 was made in 2002.
As for valve adjustment intervals, they rarely need it. I've seen them go from 8,000-10,000 without an adjustment. Call a Honda dealer. I'd just wait until you here the valves ticking.

I would suggest that if this is a new bike than have them checked at about 3000 miles

For your own preference you could have these checked every 10,000 miles after the first 3000 mile check

Usually if the valves are quite than you should be good
