Remove the door then separate one side from the top. This will allow you to spread the sides slightly, then starting at the bottom replace slats as needed. It takes a little time but is not difficult. Once complete nail or screw the side back to the top.

Submerge the slats in very hot water for 10 minutes or so.
That will make them more flexible.
Bend them gentley, place one end in the slot, and work the other end in the other side.

i am assuming you mean the louver slats on an interior louver door . if so , your best bet is to buy a new door as the labor involved to fix would be more costly
