Try opening up your phone, take out the battery, and let it dry out for a about 2 days, hopefully you didnt get to much water in it where it wont work anymore. If this does not work then you are looking at buying a new phone unless you have insurance with your cell phone company.

You might wanna take it to where you bought it and tell them it got wet, and they'll give you another 1 if you have insurance on it. Or you can try taking it apart and drying off. My brother dropped in the pool and it didnt work.

Usually water damage is permanent. You can let it dry in the sun..Some features may still work

You can try to take it apart and let it completely dry before powering it on. You will probably have to replace it though.
