cause your not a man. go to your nearest hardware store, ask the proprietor about "circular chainsaws" buy one of what he shows you. buy a blade with a diameter of about 24 inches. go home with it, and set it one a table in the back yard. go to K-mart or some other retail store. go to "women's clothing" and select the following: 38B bra, thong, skirt, tank-top and sandals. buy a fur coat if its cold. go home. go in your room and strip. then put all this on (no silly, the thong goes over your crotch, not head!) then, once you are dressed, with the coat if you need it, and go outside to the saw. reach hand inside skirt. lower thong. raise skirt. extend "penis". activate saw. cut off "penis" put tampons over it till it stops. then go ask a doctor for a vagina.

.Prostate massage and prostate milking are terms used to describe the massage or stimulation of the prostate gland in males, either for medical or sexual purposes. The two terms are interchangeable, although "massage" is more frequently used when the purpose is relief of symptoms of chronic prostatitis, and "milking" when the purpose is the reduction of sexual activity or drive through removal of prostatic fluid.

The prostate is a part of male sexual response, and a key contributor to male orgasm. Located adjacent to the rectum, it can be stimulated manually. Seminal fluids collected in the prostate are released during orgasm.

Prostate massage thus refers to any action which stimulates the gland. Prostate milking more usually refers to the specific practice of relieving the buildup of seminal fluids within the prostate, and discharging them by means of massage without orgasm or ejaculation.

Prostate massage, also known as prostate milking, is sometimes carried out as a medical procedure for the treatment of chronic prostatitis, although it is highly inadvisable for patients with acute prostatitis, for whom the infection can spread elsewhere in the body if massage is performed.

Done internally either by finger(s), prostate massager or other medical instrument, prostate massage may result in orgasm without any genital stimulation. It can also be indirectly massaged externally through the perineum, although this may not be as effective in the removal of fluid. The amount of "ejaculate" is typically significantly increased because the effect of the massage is to drain the prostate and surrounding tissues of all seminal fluid. This is accomplished without ejaculation or orgasm.

In this context, the prostate is sometimes called the A-spot (or peace place), perhaps because of the reduction of sexual stress experienced after draining.

Electroejaculation is a procedure in which nerves are stimulated via an electric probe, which is inserted into the rectum adjacent to the prostate. It is most commonly encountered in animal husbandry for the purpose of collecting samples for testing or breeding.

Prostate milking is also encountered as part of sexual activities, particularly involving the use of sexual denial. It only applies to a male, as the female anatomy does not include a prostate.

The release felt by a man as a result of prostatic milking is described as long, drawn out, but not reaching a resolution phase as with normal orgasm. As a result, there is not the normal sense of pleasure associated with ejaculation. To further prevent the association of sexual pleasure of any kind with the massage, some practitioners apply crushed ice or ice packs around the penis and testicles for some minutes before, and during, the massage. This numbs the area, ensuring that the male is unable to feel the milking genitally. For those using it for sexual reduction purposes, this avoids the introduction of sexual stimulation.

Part of the mechanism for orgasm for a male involves the accumulation of seminal fluids within the prostate and associated ducts; accordingly, once the prostate is mostly emptied of fluids, a male will be incapable of achieving erection for some time, and typically unable to achieve orgasm for some additional time after that. Done properly, prostate milking is effectively a temporary neutering. Not only is sexual ability eliminated, but, until the seminal fluids have accumulated, sexual drive is reduced or eliminated as well. In some situations, the practice is used to reduce sex drive and sexual activity without the typical urges that normally occur after extended abstinence. For this to be effective, massage/milking should be performed at least once every 72 hours.

There are significant health risks associated with indiscriminate prostate massage. Gentle and limited massage may "help to drain painfully sequestered secretions in a chronically [but not acutely] inflamed prostate gland or seminal vesicles", and the massage around the prostate may benefit the muscles there. Vigorous massage, or massage to an acute prostatitis case, may be "very dangerous", possibly leading to septicaemia (blood poisoning), transfer of prostate cancer to other parts of the body, prostatic calculi tearing the delicate prostate membranes, perforation of the thin rectal lining, or hemorrhoidal flare-up in some individuals.

A concept that the prostate can contain bacterial infection responsible for pain, and which may need draining (ie an image of bacteria-filled acini), is not supported by any medical research, or within the urological community. A researching urologist quoted on chronicprostatitis.com states that the risks of causing problems by prostatic massage are such that "I'd usually have my patients on antibiotics when I perform massages on them." Some men have a lot of pain following such massages, possibly due to release of "forbidden antigens" from within the prostate. Sometimes no fluid is produced.

Whilst a prostate massage can benefit some men, particularly if it masasages the surrounding muscles rather than the prostate itself, it is important to be aware of these risks, be extremely gentle, and not focus on one area which may be harmed.

A prostate massager is an instrument used anally, designed to massage the prostate gland.

The shape of a prostate massager is similar to a finger, since prostate massages are traditionally given digitally. They usually have a slightly curved head to effectively massage the prostate. Lubricant is usually inserted into the anus. A prostate massager should be used with care because of the sensitivity of the prostate and rectal region. Correct use involves a medium to light repetitive massage, or circular motion—the tool is not intended for use in a thrusting manner.
