Hi, don't loose your time with sites that seem to be free but they always charge for something.
You need to have internet on your phone to receive poly or mp3 ringtones otherway you can receive monophonic ringtones through txt (only for Nokia and Motorola).

They won't be totally free since you have to send them to yourself. But it is cheaper than paying 2.99 for 1 ringtone when you can send maybe 3.
Try funformobile.com -- it has a free ringtone search, it doesn't have all the latest songs on it but you can find quite a few.
tonethis.com -- if your willing to download a program this one works, you can make mp3 ringtones with mp3 songs you have on your computer. Then they will send it to you and check the size to make sure that it will fit your phone. If you phone isn't listed find a friend who's phone is listed and send it to them and then send it to you. It costs a text message or a pic message, which is still cheaper.

ive asked this before, and no one had an answer. there is very little out there that is TRULY free. especially something in high demand like ringtones. if people are willing to pay for them, why give them away?
