start by doing simple muscle builders - at your age, it's important to get your muscle strength up. When you're watching tv, when a commercial comes on, do as many push ups as you can until that commercial is over. when the next one comes one, bust out as many sit-up or crunches as you can and keep alternating until your show comes back on - I haven't lifted weights for awhile and my chest is huge and my abs are good because of this routine I've kept since I was young - when you can do 75-100 push ups straight and knock out 200 crunches straight, you will see the difference in your physique

15 is a relatively good age to start at. If you're a beginner you should start with small weights, about 10-15 pounds. In terms of reps, if you're trying to build muscle, choose a weight you can do 8 to 10 reps with, but if you're going for definition then do waits where you can do 12-15 reps.

Good Luck!!

Get a basic kit (Dumbells, barbell, bench) and start lifting at what you're comfortable with. The goal is to be able to lift about 20-30 reps in a set and be tired on the last quarter.

Its ok yet you need to circulate practice or you basically finally end up cumbersome with little movementan no neck - no longer a solid look. Swimming is marvelous all around exercising and skateboarding is marvelous for middle muscle which help shop your back solid (additionally provides a six-%.)

Many gyms have personal trainers that you can set up appointments with to get your own personal exercise routine established. My suggestion is to ask a trainer at a gym to help you set up a routine.
