Did anyone read the article in the Gudian a wekk or so ago. Top two charities have non-white as the top leading the charity job. But failed to mention that under that - the top managers posiitons would be totally white.
They try to help africans whome they call 'poor' nations in so called "western" ways.
Theses top managers just want to be at the helm so as to control power and status.
don't get me wrong - the charities as a whole helping the 'poor' countires do do some good work. But look at the £ they collect and look at the pennies they give out!

who gives a crap what colour they are? If they are working to alleviate poverty by insilling so called western values of education, health care, self sufficiency etc that will give people the tools of independance from their war mongering black leaders then what difference does it make? These small nations are crippled by the greed and corruption of leaders that are self serving agrandisers. Educating the people opens their eyes to what is happening with the hope that future generations will be able overthrow this type of insular regime with a more democratic heirachy. Colour is irrelevant.

Well for a start the blooming word "******" is racist, and that answerer is obviously using it in a degrading way.
Well for a start you have to take everything in proportion. Also, realise that sometimes newspapers print bullsh*t.
Also, one fact. There are more white people than black people or any other race in my country (UK) like America.
So, logically the people educated to this position will more often be white people as there are more of them! Also, a lot of people working in charities don't get paid anything, or very little as they do that work to help.
Anyone that is educated will not be ignorant. I mean ignorant people who say they are educated obviously are not as they are skewed.
To be honest, it may just be the way it worked out, who knows?
I am not saying you are right or wrong, just that you need to look at other factors.

Cause all these charities are a con, run by white greedy bastrds on high salaries.
Why would these mercenaries who keep 90% of the money raised, want to pay a 200k salary to a niggr when they have white mates needing jobs, or, as is the case at this level of managment, 2nd, (or 3rd) part time "directorship" jobs, at several Hundred thousand per year.
