Why is it when you are at the grocery store and people park so close to your car...?

Have you ever had it when you were in a parking lot and the cars next to you both have parked so close you couldn't get in you car?
I was 7 months pregnant and couldn't get into my own car. I couldn't even get in from the backseats because the cars were blocking those too. I had to hold my stomach in and squeeze as carefully as I could to get in on the passenger side. I ripped my pant leg in the process, but nicely hit their car for a little payback. Have you ever had this happen to you and what did you do?

Okay, not so much hit their car, but i had to push my car door into their car so I could get in. I think it was barely a tiny scratch.

Yes, I have and I was also pregnant but I was way to big to get into my truck so I had to wait .I was so mad that when they came out I gave them a peace of my mind and I mean I gave them all that I had.

that sucks. IN GENERAL we park near the rear of the lot BECAUSE we own new cars and don't want someone hitting the doors because they think we are to close. If i could not get in my car i would be piss*d off to. People park That way usually because those spots are too small to start with. MAYBE they only had 1 person in the car and did not pay attention to how close they were because they only needed to get out one side. IF I CAUGHT someone hitting my car you KNOW even small scraps and dents are $$$$ you bet I'd have their plate # they would be paying 4 that damage ALSO MANY LOTS HAVE Cameras KEEP THAT road rage in check before it cost you $. I'd never hit someones door with mine BECAUSE I'd not risk my car you must drive a piece of sh*t car to go around hitting your doors into other cars. I THINK that's more selfish and inconsiderate then parking too close

It's happens to me, but I live in Florida so there's lots of old people driving.

Hitting their car could be extreme, because it may not have been thier fault. For instance the person next to them parked too close too and then left, which makes your neighbor look like a bad driver...

Sorry about your pants, at least with you being pregnant you won't be wearing them long anyhow!

Don't know, that's why I park so far away from other cars, so my car won't get all dinted up. And every time I get back to my car there's always some nut that parks right beside me, I don't know why they won't park at an angle. So it's just me and another car and a bunch of empty parking spaces. It doesn't make any since.

Oh yeah! I just squeezed in but made sure I opened the door hard and as wide as possible in the hope that at least a scratch would appear.

There is nothing you really can do. People can be so lazy and careless. I just do what my dad always told me and park farther away so you have to walk a little. That way there are less chances of your car being nicked.

some people are inconsiderate of others. I always make sure there is enough room on both sides. I would hate to meet some people that park poorly on the road.

that's funny in a way but is due to ******* assholes that don't know how to park and have no consideration for others,try to find a supermarket that has parking space for mother to be or mothers with small babies,and please be careful out .there
