study various topics and try to understand myself and the world around me as well as I can.
I don't practice religion because I've found that doesn't make me a better person, althought reading different views about different religions and why people think certain things definitely helps me become a better person. Pretending a god exists doesn't help me become a better person, neither does following a bunch of arbitrary rules that make no sense. But understanding why it is good to be good, or to be unselfish or to be kind and charitable does help me become better, and happier.

Well, I set it as a personal goal this year to work on thinking before I speak. I think it would cut down on a lot of drama in my life as I wouldn't say as many insulting comments. However, I failed that about two hours into the goal and gave up. :) Anyway, I try to say my prayers and read my scriptures every day, I give a lot of my income to charity, and I try to be a good friend to those around me. I know I've got a long way to go, but at least I'm trying. That's all that one can do.

i have done so much to become a better person. I was a very angry person. After a really good therapist, excellent books (You Can Heal Your Life),meditation tapes, yoga and a lot of forgiveness, I AM a better person. In fact, people who knw me are still in awe over the transformation I have made.

Constantly growing spiritually by reading the Bible, reading and developing my mind / skills / education. And constantly working out to keep my body customized to my wifes standards.
