Do you pay a certain amount for each item sold or a percentage of the selling price and if so how much is a 'REASONABLE' amount to pay! This is in Australia so priceing people pay here would be great! Thanks.

Usually you don't pay a retailer to take your stuff, they buy it outright from you and then mark it up. Retail markups are usually double the purchase price (what they paid) but some items are lower (like electronics) and some much higher (furniture and jewelery).

I don't know where you are but where i came from where shopowners can't afford to buy you out, they would have your product in their shops and once it is sold, they take 20 or 10 % off your retail price. In this case, the retailers are not stuck with unsold items if there isn't anyone who want to buy your product. Also, they can always give it back to you if you think it is not going to be sold. It is an agreement btwn you and the retailers.
