Be sure to see a lawyer who specializes in this sort of thing. He/she can tell you what shots you need for food handling, what licenses you need, how it needs to be packaged, etc. I would not suggest doing it on your own because if one person got sick, they could sue you.

go ahead, it sounds like a good idea. start with a website. go find some manufacturing company that will try to do that. pay them. you could go to the bank and get a loan if you need to. give people free taste testing samples at the mall so they have a good idea of what it taste like. advertise.
