She may not get support..Or she may get a small amount to cover the cost of food.

Yes she may get child support. My ex-husband and I went through this too. I was only working part time and going back to school and he makes 70,000 per year. They looked at all our bills and the money we spend on our son. I have him every other weekend and summers. He was told he had to pay child support. I declined it and walked out of court with a little pride and dignity from an ugly divorce.

Honestly with you having them more than 50% of the time her chances to get child support from you are VERY slim to none... make sure when you go for your consult for it you have proof of all your income AND reciepts and what not from your daycare and medical costs to prove you care for them most of the time.

Also.. I am from PA too.. so I am going to provide you with a link to crack numbers with a calculator for PA child support.. for me it was pretty dang close to what I did end up getting, so I hope it helps...

Good Luck...

PS... sounds like she is a real mother of the year, not having her kids much and wanting money for them.. women like that make us good moms look bad...

You make twice her income. What do you think?
Yes she'll get child support for sure because it's all about the children's standard of living and as primary guardian you have set that standard.
