Keith was kicked off because Ramsey has the hots for Virginia. It was very obvious and wasn't fair to Keith. How do you explain someone who had NEVER been selected for nomination and has been complemented by Ramsey so many times be dismissed over someone who was nominated at least 6 TIMES and can't work the line!! And the episode before was ready and even did ask to be let go because she didn't feel she was ready to head a restaurant. She didn't even have confidence in herself but Ramsey would rather her head a multi-million dollar restaurant over Keith! Ramsey tried to say that Keith wasn't a good leader but just because he doesn't scream and curse out his cooks doesn't make him a bad leader. Virginia tried to copy exactly what Ramsey did and he liked it. Ramsey took Keith's cockyness and confidence as having a bad attitude but he had a right to have one cuz he was clearly the best cook there. He was right when he called Ramsey out and Ramsey never denied it. Virginia is gonna probably lose the finals but Keith definately got shafted.

I surely imagine that Louross necessary to bypass tonight. besides the shown actuality that Jen has a want to regulate she is actual chef cloth. If in straightforward words she would not get so emotional and merely relax. If she does no longer then she will be in a position to presently be despatched abode. so a options as Matt is going i imagine that he's on his very last leg. i do no longer see Matt or Jen prevailing.

Chef Ramsay didn't like the way Keith was mouthing off to him. Plus he seems to have a thing for Virginia.

I think it was because of his attitude. He and Ramsey had gotten into a screaming fit earlier during dinner service and he pissed Gordon off. However, at the same time, when it was time for him to run the kitchen he did horrible.

Of course he accused Gordon of keeping Virginia because he has the hots for her.

He wasn't good at calling out the orders and he screwed something up. Also, he talked back to Ramsey, but I'm pretty sure that was after he got kicked off. He was a moron anyway, trying to be so gangsta.

You do know it's all staged, right?

Why the hell is reality TV even POPULAR? It's not even real!

Only reality TV there EVER has been: the news.
