White, they just seem crispier. And they're best with my home made salsa. Yummy.

Yellow corn is the best for chips and white corn is the best for tortillas. Homemade salsa, 7-layer dip, cheese dip, guacamole, nachos. Go to www.allrecipes.com and www.kraftfoods.com to find some other recipes for Mexican and other type dips.

I like both kinds but usually eat white corn chips more often and dip them in salsa or cheese dip.

I actaually prefer the yellow ones, because the white ones seem to lack flavor. And the best thing to dip them in would be salsa mixed with some sort of cheese (probably cheddar).

I like both, especially warmed. the blue ones are cool too. Here's my famous Pico La Guio
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 jalapenos, chopped and seeded ( seeds make it super hot)
1 vadalia or white onion, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro ( 1 1/2 C.) chopped fine
1 Lime
pinch of salt
Mix first 4 ingredients and squeeze juice of one lime and the salt over all and mix again, allow to be refrigerated for at least an hour or longer for all flavors to meld together nicely.
Enjoy!
For great guacamole, add 1/2 t. garlic powder and 2 mashed avacados to 1/2 C. of this fresh salsa.
