No, and tell her that if she had told you a secret you wouldn't tell anyone else either. And it's not fair to put you on the spot, it's like making you choose if you like her more then the other friend. So tell her in a nice way and hopefully she will understand. Good luck.

Please, don't tell. If that other friend was your friend she would not expect you to tell. If you do tell, you lose all cool points for the rest of your life. Friends are very hard to come by. You need to value your relationship with friends. You treat people like you want to be treated. Ask that nosy friend if the shoe was on the other foot and she told you something, would she want you to tell her secret?

Your friend told you that secret becuase she trusts that you won't blab it around. You need to tell your other friend that she needs to mind her own business. If your other friend wanted her to know then she should go ask her. You should just keep your mouth shut unless you want to lose the trust that your friend has in you.
