No. He's your ex for a reason. Oh, but he's changed...who cares. If he really loved you, then he wouldn't have waited around six months then changed and called you back after you got in a new relationship. And you don't even know if he's changed--maybe he's just *acting* like he changed. Guys lie sometimes, you know. And he might think that he has a chance starting something up with you because you already have some history together. Just let him go and focus on the relationship you're in now.

Or start back up with him and ruin the wonderful relationship you're in now. Whatever.

Yes, you can talk to him or rather invite them out with you and your current love affair. Do not make any of it private because if your current love interest finds out they make feel like you lied or cheated and you are innocent.
