what format are they currently in? Many computer programs and cameras save pictures in jpeg format. You have to first know what format they're in already to be able to determine how to convert them

With my Canon camera, I download the pictures. Then, right-click the picture I want and "export."
You have to indicate the directory, filename, and at the bottom, click the down arrow by "type" to select jpg.
