I tell him all the time that I cant stand him and that Im looking for someone else, but yet he contiunes to try to have sex with me and he keeps saying that I am his lady o whateva. PLUS we have a daughter together and I am taking her back with me to germany and he says thats fine.. what should i do?

You have a few options open here to you as he is obviously obsessed with you which is actually rather dangerous because he might go as far as stalking you or following you about ..you can do one of the following
- Put a restraining order on him on the grounds of assault and forceful attempts of sex .. i'd say rape but that i will leave to your discretion
- Discuss restraining order against him stating that he is not to approach your residence .. make sure he has to stay at least say...two blocks away from you .. then make arrangements for visitation .. that a third party pickup the child to fullfill his rights to visit the child
- You mentioned he said it was alright for you to take the child with you back to germany? alright have him put it in writing and signed stating that he doesn't have a problem with it .. also have your lawyer take a look at it and add whatever needs to be added
- Arrange for him to take anger management courses because obsession will lead to jealousy and jealousy will lead to anger (oy i sound like yoda) also demand that he take counselling for his obessive behaviour
- Remember! put EVERYTHING in writing .. his actions .. word for word what he says and the next time he tries to assault you? (yes forceful advancement is assault) it will be the last time he will breathe free air .. police ARE required by law to come and pick him up and let the law decide how to deal with him
Don't show compassion .. do what's best for the child .. but please whatever you do stay calm when dealing with him .. don't give him anything to work with that could be used against you ..
and don't suddenly fly off to germany until everything is taken care of ..

You should get as far away from him as possible, obviously Germany. All he wants is sex. He proved that be being alright with you taking HIS DAUGHTER away to Germany. He doesn't even care about being able to see his own daughter. It makes me wonder if he's had other "relations" and other kids. He's probably used to it. But don't waste time checking into it, there's nothing you can do about it anyway. Just get away from him, as far as you can.

1st of all he will get the pic only when u act more serious about it.. don't let him into ur home,, drop the baby off to his when he wants to see her.. dont entertain him w/conversation unless it's about the baby.. don't let him touch u..
u need to meet new people and move on.. when he see's u w/someone else then he'll get it...

JUST DON'T GIVE HIM YOUR NUMBER OR ADDRESS IN GERMANY! MAKE A CLEAN CUT!
