no matter what party is in control we would be in this mess! The enemy we are facing does not care about you or me! It is time that the USA starts standing together, not republicans vs. democrates. We have two choices.
1. stand around and let the radical muslims take over the entire middle east, and attack us whenever they want
or
2. stand up for what is right and good in this world
but if you want to argue about parties........Liberals bashing the US everytime they get a chance dosent help at all. The liberal press leaking out secrets of the US and practically giving the enemy a preview of that is to come does not help.

its time to fight and fight hard we must!

You think having high gas prices means we were going down the toilet? You obviously don't know what bad really is. I doubt having a democrat in office would make the gas prices go down. It is called supply and demand so it doesn't matter who is in office. I am glad we didn't have Kerry in office after 9/11. Otherwise we wouldn't have gone to war and we would have gotten attacked all over again! You need to get your head out of your butt and realize the president doesn't have the power to choose what gas stations charge for their gasoline.

But alas Democrats are also in office. Aren't they doing anything to help. Or are they just sitting idly by and watch our country fall.. The blame can be easily befallen any office, any policy, and any party.. but to blame without action, is failure.. maybe you should run, maybe you should change the game, unclog the toilet, take out the mess. Anyone in office today, may be partially liable and partially to blame both Republicans and Democrats as well. Their inaction is what makes us go down the toilet. But then again, it creates reaction which makes people think, makes people learn, makes people (some at least) effectively affect change..

wisdomink: you should do two things...

1. take a 9th grade civics class.. .in this class you will learn what the "majority" in congress can do with the presidency.. .and what the "minority" can do... which isn't much...

2. watch the news once in a while... when the democrats present an idea... any idea... Republicans laugh and vote it down, and you can also look at Tom Delay's ideas on Democrats, which is the idea of many Republicans, which basically consists of "we're in power and they can go to h*ll"...

while you're blaming the dems, go ahead and blame the green party, communist party and ross perot and the whig party, because in reality, they all have about the same amount of power right now...

so guess if a liberal was in office we would have never been attacked...like during Clinton's time...oh that's right we were attacked but Clinton tried the bleeding heart way and let by gones be by gones and hope things will get better...instead the level of attacks rose....liberals suck...
