The only place that has an average elevation of 6,500 feet, and is central to all the continents, and would see a surrounding sea with land at the edges of the Earth, would be Antarctica, which HAS has 9 measured and documented magnetic pole shifts, plus, the snow caps support a continental 'drift' of 8 degrees, for the physical poles, at about 12,500 years ago...

You might notice that the Egyptians all saw their kingdoms in opposition to todays poles. The Upper kingdom being South of the Lower Kingdom!
