Yes it is. Your considered an adult and 20 is when your no longer a teenager

If it ends in teen you are a teenager. Yes you may be considered an adult but a teenage adult.

Spell it out. EighTEEN. It has 'teen' in it, so yes, eighteen is still a teenager. Legally, you're an adult if you're 18, but socially and mentally, you're not an adult until you're in your late 20s.

Let's see --- eighTEEN. Yup, TEENager. 18 you are considered legally an adult (although maybe not mentally/ emotionally). The two are unrelated.

yeah technically becuase it has teen on the top for a reason 20 is once you substitute into an person and not a young person yet many cases 18 is considered person hood becuase you have a tendency to commence your own life
