Spell it out. EighTEEN. It has 'teen' in it, so yes, eighteen is still a teenager. Legally, you're an adult if you're 18, but socially and mentally, you're not an adult until you're in your late 20s.

yeah technically becuase it has teen on the top for a reason 20 is once you substitute into an person and not a young person yet many cases 18 is considered person hood becuase you have a tendency to commence your own life
