Were I live I understand that when you are ordered to pay child support they automatically take it out of your paycheck now. That way it isn't called garnishment, it is called child support. I was told they couldn't garnish for more than one thing at a time but maybe it is different from place to place.

certain, Dell can legally garnish a salary of $2000. maximum states have limits on how most of the salary they could take, yet they could continually take some. the actual incontrovertible reality that Dell charged it off does no longer mean that it purely isn't accrued with the aid of Dell, or with the aid of someone to whom they promote the debt.
