She maybe separated but not ready to move on. She is probably still clinging on to her marriage. She most likely still loves her husband and is not ready to fully give him up yet.

It normally means that she doesnt want to be bother with another man for awhile until she has gotten over her separation. Sometimes it takes people awhile to get over a break up and in the mean time they want to distance themselfs for getting involved with someone else. If the man (a real man) see's the ring on her finger then he will know that she is taken and will not try to move in. Everyone handles a healing process in a different way and this just may be her way of handling her's.

I'm seperated from my soon to be ex husband... AND engaged to my bf so I wear an engagement ring on my left hand...((Maybe she is engaged OR if you gave her the ring, maybe she is not sure and doesn't want ppl hitting on her so she still wears it ?))

It means she is hoping the man will come back. Seperated does NOT mean she is divorced! Do not get involved with a MARRIED woman, because that is what she still is. Don't date a woman until they are legally divorced and until they have also taken the rings off.

Anyone of two things. That she is either still very much involved emotionally and keeps hoping for the best or that the ring is very pretty and she like to wear it. The rest of her actions should clarify which one.
