Get to couples counseling so that you and your wife can talk this over with a professional. This is not going to be easy for your wife in the least, and you will need support too---she should be your primary concern.
Your mother-in-law may be seductive---or she may have some health difficulties that are affecting her judgment or impulse control.
Don't act on it, and don't be flattered. Take care of your wife--she is going to need 110% of your support.

My sister-in-law came on to me once about a dozen years ago. I said no and that was that.
I think you should talk this over with your wife. I'm sure she loves her mom very much and you guys can help her find a man. I have to admit, it would be a difficult conversation, but I think you should do it. If you keep it a secret and it comes out later, your wife might think the worst.
