Yes, according to the American Podiatric Medical Association it CAN spread to other areas of the body if you scratch it. And if it does spread, then its call ringworm - I know its not a worm that just what its called.

Wash your hands. I don't know if the fungus would be able to survive on the face because it is out in the open, in light, and not usually damp. If you picked your nose, you might want to ask a doctor.

NO it's a fungal infection of your feet but you must get teratment for it coz it'll only get worse. See your doctor
