All 3 could be ready to pick at this stage of the game, but you will need to check for signs of ripeness for the individual veggies.
Sweet corn: The silks become dry and brown instead of golden. Choose one as a sample, leaving it attached to the stalk, and carefully pull the husks back from the ear of corn to see if the kernels are developed. If not, you can carefully pull the husk back up and leave it until it is ready.
Bell peppers: They are ready when they reach full size. You can eat them green, which is actually unripe (but good) or leave them to mature and sweeten, when they will be red or yellow (and newer varieties have other colors like orange and purplish.)
Tomatoes: They are actually good even green if you slice them, coat them in a cornmeal/ flour mix, and pan fry them. Most people pick them ripe and eat them raw. They are mostly red but also come in yellow, multicolored, nearly purple... If you are growing the traditional red ones, wait until they are red all over (no green shoulders), but heirloom ones can be more than one color. Just pick one that you think is ripe and juicy, and give it a try!
There's nothing like fully ripened garden-grown vegetables!
