yes after 26 years we split on friendly terms.we still talk to each other.

it depends on the type of person you are. me and my ex dont talk very often but we are still very cool with one another. i mean if ex doesnt want to continue your a friendship then let it go. u shouldnt try to push someone into it. just do what you think will best for you and other the person. follow yur heart and yur mind.

No, I am in the same situation, if you dont have feelings for your ex maybe you can stand it, but can would you feel comfortable seeing them with someone else? They want to be friends so they can have all the benefits without any committment, its best to move on,

YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2 of my best friends were going out for about 6 months. when they broke up they stopped talking to eachother.it's really hard for me to talk to one and the other at the same time. i can't have lunch with both cause i have to choose between the 2 of them so i end up having lunch alone or with other people. think about ur friends who talk to both of u(u &ur ex)

No I do not because when we were together, he ignored me & stood me up so many times for drugs. When we were actually together, he always wanted to go to his friend's house to see his sister, who he told to my face he really wanted to be with her. I don't see the point of continuing to talk when he ignored me the whole time & hurt me like that.

I still do, but I've come to see that I am the exception.
I still talk to all my b/f's but one.
It was kinda funny because they all came to my wedding and sat at the same table (their choice). My mom and dad were looking at them with big eyes and saying, "well, we know you keep your friends..."

for what?? he's my ex obviously for a reason.. he should've been my friend when we were together not after we broke up.. i don't want to know how he's doing, who he's dating, or if he misses me..
a simple hi and bye is about all he get from me.. ain't no need for telephone convo, hanging out together, or inviting him over for a quickie..
it's easier to move on that way...

i f******g hate my X. He cheated on me constantly abused me. I hate him ... BUt the SEX was good. BUt hes a man whore male slut woman abusing psychpath womanizer criminal. But ohhhhhh sooooooo sexy. BUT no i hate him and hope he expires soon. I deserved and will get much bettter. i know.
