For a bit of fun you should try out My Virtual Model.
You can create a model that is similar to you, and try clothing on from a handful of different online retailers like Sears, Lands End, iVillage, Marie Claire, Glamour Magazine, etc.

Well, a lot of major chain and brand name stores have their own online store. but obviously i wouldn't go for major designer stores seeing as how this is just a teenager. But some good online stores are delias.com, forever21.com, alloy.com, girlprops.com (for accessories i think), there's chineselaundry (they have cute shoes), keds (really popular for shoes right now too, and they usually have good deals), alltherageonline.com or i think its alltherage.com (sorry, but they have great accessories), and i vintagevixen.com has great vintage stuff.

Abercrombie (love it), Delias (some cute stuff), Aeropostal (cute & cheap), Hollister (love it), Pac Sun (NO) AE (cute and cheap) I get like all of stuff from these stores and most of them rock hope i could help ;)
