Only about 40% of the crude can be made into gasoline. But it is much less that actually is. Crude goes to making so many different things.

Around 40% of crude can easily be made into gasoline. Simple distillation will produce less. It is more expensive but half of what is left can be turned into gasoline. It really depends on the refinery.

So between 15 to 30 gallons is probably were most refineries are.

about 4 or 5 gallons. The rest is used for heating oil,plastics,tar etc.
