Some furnaces will have the fan run if there is a problem with the furnace. It is to inform the home owner to call a tech. Try turning off the power to the furnace for 60 seconds and turn the power back on. See if the furnace resets itself and runs normal. Or, it could be a bad t-stat and you may need to change it. Before changing the t-stat, turn the power off to the furnace. Maybe that will help you out.
Good Luck.

Probably the thermostat as mentioned. Also could be the contacts on the fan relay are stuck. If after checking the thermostat and finding it good also checking to make sure the compressor is not running check the relay to the fan motor and see if the contacts are stuck.

Could be a problem with a relay or the blow switch. Does the compressor outside shut off ?? If not then it could quite possibly be a bad thermostat.

t-stat. take green wire off of tstat and see if that shuts the fan off.
or with volt meter check to see if you have 24v on fan terminal.
also make sure there is no call for cooling
