the same thing happens to me me when i get my period. i just take a midol (extra stengh menstrual) and don't eat too many sweets (chocolate is really bad) and wash your face with your favorite cleanser. it worked 4 me. and in case your wondering "why midol??" i use it cuz regulates your hormones, and irregluar hormone balances cause break outs.
it may not work 4 you, but i hope it does if you decide to try it.
hope this helps and good luck to you :)

There is this stuff called "acnefree" and i get acne quite a bit and i have had like none since i started useing it. It is excactly the same as Proactive but it is alot cheeper. You can get it at a drugstore or at Target. You will see a difference in like 1-2 days! I did in the first one. Or just use a cleansing cream and then toner it helps and also milk (sounds weird but works) on a cotton ball. Good luck!!

Try some hydrogen peroxide on your face.
Hyd. Peroxide is often used when you have a cut, to kill bacteria and keep the wound clean. Many facial blemishes are aggravated by bacteria and the Peroxide should help in 3-5 days.
Please, talk to you parents (father or mother) first before doing this (or accepting any advice from the internet). I doubt you know what Hydrogen Peroxide is and, if you took my advice without consulting your parents first, that could be dangerous.
good luck.

OK, calm down and take deep relaxing breaths. Continue to wash your face with a nice cleanser and toner. Be sure to use a light moisturizer (if it gets too dry your skin overcompensates and produces more oil, which leads to more breakouts). I haven't tried this yet, but I read that an antibiotic ointment, like neosporin may help because it kills bacteria that can lead to breakouts.

Washing your face with soap and water is the best thing to do. Keep the grease off. Try not to stress too much if you can. Im 30 and still get some acne before every period. Its just hormones and you cant controll them!

I use an overnight cream by avon and apply it after i washed my face at night, but since your starting school next monday it will be too late you need something sooner so i would recomend a overnight cream (its like a gel) by clearasil you could get it at a near by drugstore but remember to wash your face in the morning also & try to keep calm :)

The best thing I know for zits is Proactive.
This stuff is kinda expensive, but the CVS stores have a generic product for $19.

I recommend to you to use proactiv it works great. Before starting I used to have so many pimples and now I have used it for 3 years and my face looks wonderful. Trust me everyone will notice if you start using it beacause you will start to look different and become much hotter like I did.

I'm fifteen too and totally know what you're talking about. Ok, simple remedies would be drinking lots of water and putting tooth-paste on your spots (ugh but it works!) if you use make-up wipes try to cut down on them and use cleanser, water and cotton wool instead. Don't worry about it, you're probably the only one who notices anyway!!
