I agree! I have two young children at home, and I have to keep the news off when they are around! I can't stand the way the government is operating and the way the world in general seems to be falling apart. Blinders work great!

To tell the truth I kinda get sick of watching and hearing the news and sometimes have to give that a rest.
But Seattle is a pretty clean liveable city.
So in my everyday riding the bus or walking around town there is not much to see.
I get most of my news from network TV, internet, And National Public Radio.
I tend to give commentators/talk show guys a wide berth.
Conservative or Liberal.
When I go see my Pot guy he usually has news on.He is disabled and is home alot.
I asked him how he can watch so much news without losing it.

What keeps me sane is realizing what's important in a 13 year old's world.

It's not about politics, thankfully.

I read the Bible and pray. I have full confidence that all that is going on was prophecy from thousands of years ago. Read Ezekiel 38 and 39. Prepare your hearts for Jesus. He will be calling his followers soon.

We all did for 8 years of BJ "not having sexual relations with that woman". If I may: What's your definition of 'is'?

The grown ups took 'em off and voted Bush in (twice).
