1. no he went to war because he needed to be a wartime president to be able to increase executive powers in order to control the masses and dissolve our civil liberties.
2. he hasnt been impeached because all 3 branches of gov. are republican

There are plenty of proven grounds to impeach Bush because he has not only violated his oath of office to uphold the constitution by disobeying laws, but he has also lied to congress and the american ppl.

Frontline practically every year wins the truth in journalism award so they are the MOSt credible media source in existence. In that show they interview many bush officials, exweapons inspectors in charge of inspecting iraq, and a LT General who ALL testify that they personally either told bush or played a part in the investigation that THERE WERE NO WMDS. This was before the war and before his state of the union speech where he told the american public this.
Bush knowingly lied.
I didnt even bring up his violations of the geneva convention that the supreme court itself has TOLD HIM NO NO NO you can NOT do those things. And what about rendition? Sending prisoners to countries specifically to be tortured.
What about not allowing the Red Cross to have access to prisoners?
I could go on and on.

I have yet to get an answer to this, and I hope you will give me one....please write my email.....On what charges would you try to impeach him on? He does not do the gouging, the companies do if anyone.....and the government, from years ago...not Bush.....I have not heard of any Haliburton dealings by Bush...but I will assume you are right.....and I am sure they would have come out in the last two elections, if he had any

Bush does not set oil prices . We don't impeach presidents who are doing there jobs to keep our children safe. If you were a parent you would understand.
