I'm sure you can,I see why in Liberty City game play was limited,but I'm sure they would make 4 as good or better then San Andreas,I wonder if Vice City Stories will be limited like Vice City?

if GTA IV = GTA San Andreas then yes. BMX, Bike, Mountain Bike, and 5 motorbikes (motorcycles), 1 moped.
if GTA IV = GTA Vice City, then there are no bicycles...only 3 types of motorcycles and 1 moped.
If GTA IV is the new one, then i would assume so. why not? i hope they keep the girlfriends, gang wars (no more mafia!!), food stuffs, !SWIMMING!, and veer away from those 100 hidden packages. Tags, Oysters, Pictures, and Horseshoes are much more interesting. also they better have the stats like GTA SA did.

Rockstar hasn't released a lot of information about it, but I'm pretty sure that you can't. The story is rumored to place in Europe and I don't think they will let you ride bikes there. It probably only happened in San Andreas because it is not like a city. Also, in Liberty City Stories, which released after San Andreas, there were no bikes. To the chances are that there will be no bike. Anyways, bikes arn't really that good. You can easily fall off it or get killed by other gangs.

no. GTA 4 is vice city and you can ride motorcycles but not bmx bikes. you can only ride the bmx and mountain bikes in san andreas
