You can always go with satellite. I know we had to when we moved because they didn't have cable or DSL. We tried dial up for a while but it will drive you crazy if you are used to something faster. Check out your local satellite dealers

You might have to find out what is available in your area. A lot of times, you can get a better deal going with a small telephone/ISP locally than going with the "big names".

You also have the option of satellite internet, which is faster than dial-up, but slower than DSL/Cable.

There is no dial-up faster than dsl or cable, theres legal limits on how fast information can go out over phone lines, i believe its 52 kbps. If you have the money you can go with satellite, or i think sprint has a card you can install that gets broadband on it's wireless network but it has a hefty monthly fee.

Hmm..... DSl or Cable DSL.... there is no such thing as Cable DSL. You can get Satillite Internet. AOL provides Hish Speed Internet too. Just get AOL and use Internet Explorer or something.

All areas can get dsl or cable unless your out of state, then im not sure. But everywhee can, you just have to look harder.

Ask the internet company you want. 56K is the limit for personal computers as far as I know.
