I don't know why I bother answering these questions. Can't you do a simple search? And, if you've heard this simple song a "million times" you should have figured out the lyrics a long time ago.
The song is called "Carolina Girl" (not "Girls")and it's by General Johnson and The Chairman of the Board.

i believe you mean "california girls" done by the beach boys and later did by david lee roth.
