how can you tell if a Muscovy Duck is a boy or a girl?

I need to know if my duck is a boy or a girl. If it has that gross little red wrinkly thing, does that mean its a boy?

Males can grow to be quite large, weighing 10-15 lbs. Most of the females are 5-7 pounds. Becuase of the variations, it can be hard to tell by any other means.
PS. The red wrinkly things are called caruncles
