You know what that's a good question...I was with a cheater so let me try and tell you how dumb I was...lol...Well the first time was with a girl he meet at a club..I kicked him out and a few months later he was begging me to come home and to give him another chance ..So i did...The 2nd time was with this girl he meet at Wal-Mart...Yea i know how ghetto is that ....Well when i found out about her i was 3 months pregnant and i had enough so i left and after my daughter was born Once again here we go trying to work things out for the kids...So we got back together...And the 3rd time I found out he had a Girlfriend so it was more then just fooling around...So i left and filed for divorce and now I'm much more happier and We haven't been together since...But i learned and i growned up and I know I will never take him back...Because I'm a better and stronger person now...And till this point hes still trying to work it out...What a loser

Because we hope they would change and it would be the last time. Sometimes, the wives are just afraid of the unknown. What's out there could be worse then what they have. So, they settle instead of starting over. And sometimes, they are just too tired to start over and just don't give a damn any more. They stay not because of love, but because it's just easier.

the women thinks they cant do any better or this is it, but they can, they just have to move on. they feel if they stay with him and do things more and etc, he wont cheat, he will cheat even more cause he has the best of both worlds

Many reasons.Like they have no or low self esteem.Think they can't get better(when they can).Or that they think he will change(when he won't)or that she loves him so much(but not enough to lose who she is).We,as outsiders,look at the situation and think,why?But unless we are the women,we'll never know.The best thing to do,is to make sure the woman has friends to talk to and trust to help her realize that there are good men out there.

They have no self esteem because their self worth is dependent on their husbands. They cling to the idea that somehow he will magically change. Also, they're deathly afraid of being alone.

I think its a lot of reasons. One of them being that they are comfortable with who they are with and the life they have while it may not be the most healthy it is what is familiar. And i think also that it could be a self esteem thing.

They stay with cheating husbands because their husbands might beat on them and tell them if they leave them they are going to kill them.

Because at this point the womman believes that no one else will accept her "as is"..... She feels like damaged goods, and honestly can't imagine anyone else wanting her, It is a sad situation but its the truth.........
