Yes the city or town can be in or outside of the US . I would like the temperature’s be in the range from 65 F to 70 F all year long. Sorry if wrong category.

The following places are cheap, and depending whether you choose north or south of the country will decide the temperature.

Thailand, Malaysia. Burma, Cambodia, India , China, Vietnam,
Bolivia, Ecuador.

However the likelihood of getting a job depends on your qualifications and experience. Working for yourself is the easiest.

I would ignore the media-type surveys that they run on magazines. They do ratings that don't mean a thing. Talk to real people. My brother moved to Alabama, and I'm a little jealous of him because his "overhead is so low". Depends on what kind of work you do, whether you like city or country, etc. My brother pays $300 a month for a nice apartment, utilities are low, etc. I know this is vague, but I'm trying to help you out. I think Southern Alabama is a cool place to live, I'm talking anything from living on a boathouse in the Gulf Coast to living up an hour from the coast in places like Brewton, AL...and my brother has so much less to worry about than I do living in a "big City". If you can keep it simple, more power to you. Good Luck.

RTP area in NC is nice. You can live closer to the country and get a really cheap price for new houses building up. If you are in the medical profession, even better. Raleigh/Durham is growing, and now is the good time to get in on the low housing prices. Not to mention, everyone is nice here. Lots of northerners have moved to the Cary, Chapel Hill area. Look into it!
