afordable high performance part for nissan titan 5.6 2004?

anyone know what to buy to make it faster out the hole? what would a performace chip do??

cold air intake
headers
exhaust
chipand power programmer.(a chip will allow you to set the shift points for a quicker start and quicker response and better the gas miles)

Would be barely noticable. Out of the hole faster, would most likely be gears. If you can find some for your truck. Good luck.
