Well the rectal bleeding is not a sign, but the fatigue is. Nausea usually starts around 4-6 weeks, but some have it earlier. Why not try an EPT home pregnancy test? Good luck!

You wouldn't be showing ANY symptoms at "a week along" and if you're having "rectal bleeding" with fatigue and nausea...you may want to consider going to your regular doctor and make sure you're ok...the bleeding IS NOT a symptom typical to pregnancy and the other two are symptoms to so many different ailments it'd be hard to say without an examination...the bleeding part is quite alarming...go to your doctor.

Call your doctor for an appointment. Tell them your symptoms and do not be imberassed it is your health and well being your are talking about. (not to mention that docs have heard it all before) Rectal bleeding in never a good thing but accompanied with nasuea and fatigue could be a sign of infection.

Dont listen to the others that say you cant have symptoms this early, it is very possible that you are...... just most women dont experience that so they assume no one else does either.
And no, rectal bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. If its bright red blood, then most likely is hemmorhoids. If its darker, then it is more serious.
See a doctor either way, and good luck

It sounds like you might have hemorroids. Get some ointment and that will soothe that part of you down. The nausea could mean you are pregnant but not the bleeding part.
