The human race.
Oh and by the way, there are more than just two races and all of them have individuals who certainly do stupid things.

I am a white guy, and white people have done messed up stuff throught it's existence as a race. Having said that, did you see Mchinney coming in there with the Black Panthers? That is the equivelant of a white dude losing and coming through with the KKK, I mean these guys were rough. I know this sounds corny but we need to ostracise the white AND black people that boast their anti-racial activities. It is really sad.

Not determined by race,,,,,,,,,,,people are all made up of the same emotions, feelings, needs, and drives that influence bad or ridiculous choices.
A person's enviornment plays a big role in the choices a person makes. It is a dangerous and unfair thing to classify people that way according to race.

I have a Master's degree in anthropology, and as such, can tell you, there is no such thing as race. We, mankind, are all the same race: Homo Sapiens. The external differences in color and physical characteristics, such as black skin or the epicanthic fold seen in the eyes of orientals are minor variations within the same species. We as humans, all do stupid things!!

See Iran/Iraq 1980-1988 (Arabs would happily kill each other if there are no infidels around)
