My family missed the last episode of LOST due to a misleading TV promo that said "Celebrity Survivor" was on NEXT (ie 8:30) and LOST was on at 9:30. When we switched back to channel 7 at 9:30, we found we had missed the final LOST episode. Whole family is really pissed off with channel 7.

They are replaying all of season 2 on ABC right now. Next Wednesday (August 13th) they will be showing "Lockdown" (the episode where Locke gets trapped under the blast door). After that there are 6 episodes left in the season and seven weeks until the start of season 3. That means that they should air the final 2 hour finale, "Live Together, Die Alone," on Wednesday, September 27. Of course for $4 you can download this episode from itunes ($1.99/episode, but it is split into 2 halves since it is a 2 hour episode). Unfortunately it does not look like it is available for streaming on abc.com anymore. Also the DVD of season 2 will be available on September 5th (according to Amazon) so you should be able to buy it or rent it then.

Don't miss it-- it is an absolutely fantastic episode!!!!

Probably the very last episode before the new season starts. That is usually the way networks do it.
