I'd like to reshoot something like the magnificent 7 with Willis,Sutherland,Arnie,Hanks,Clooney etc
Put Keaton in the 3rd and 4th Batman movies. Give under siege to John McClane.Angelina in Basic Instinct.
Put some "over actors" in quiet roles eg Jack Lord,Shatner,Walken
Too many possibilities......

Instead of putting Tom Hanks in the lead role of The Da Vinci Code (who from my point of view does not know how to act let alone appear intellectual), I would have cast someone like Ed Harris. At least he would have looked the part.

First, I would make the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter books into movies. Then I would put Johnny Depp in the role of Jean Claude! Of course, any role you put Johnny Depp in is going to be good!

I 'm still wondering why Johnny Depp wasn't chosen to play Sirius Black in the Harry Potter movies!! Gary Oldman just doesn't fit the part! And I hated the way he acted like a lunatic. He would have been good for the part of Lupin, maybe.

I would have put Brad Pitt and that black actor Tyson, Tyrese or whatever his name is up for the lead roles in Miami Vice.
At least they would have matched the original two for good looks. (Don Johnson was a sexy facker)

I don't know why Don Johnson couldn't be in the Miami Vice film. Age doesn't matter for Al Pacino.
