Someone was saying that you never know who's spying your email even at home. I know they can spy on the job, but I didn't know that there was a way that we can tell if someone on another computer is spying your email.

No, there is no way you can tell if someone is spying your e-mail. The only thing you can notice is a change in your password, or deletion of e-mails and/or files.

If your password was changed without your notice, then start to worry :)

Hi!

There actually is! Just send an e-mail from www.willselfdestruct.com to your mail account. If you think that someone is reading your e-mail make sure the subject is interesting, such as: Hi, love, or Hi, and your name, or something. And make sure you use a different e-mail account as the sender, an e-mail account that not even your BF knows! Now, set the message to be only read once (before you send it!) and send it!
Wait for a week or so, then, from your inbox try to read the message! If the message was destructed before it means that someone already read it! From your inbox!
Just send the message, the trey to read it, a week later! You can use your inbox normally!
Good luck!

Don't be so paranoid. If you have a strong password you have nothing to worry about.
