or they love meet ppl at parties and go wild and drinking
and all i enjoy is dancing with someone i know at the party

LOL, sounds like the female version of me.
My friends are getting married or getting engaged right now, and I go out to clubs/bars/parties.
But when they were in their wild partying - womanizing phase I was very shy, now they are like very responsible, very relaxed and now I go out from wednesday to sunday.
And also they used to dress very trendy ashton kutcher-like and I dressed very nerdy, now they dress very serious business like when we go out and I dress very rock star like.
They make fun of me by calling me "Metrosexual" or "how are you, david beckham?" , lol, its funny actually =)
I thought I was the only one...

nothing wrong w/ being different... as long as they are really ur friends, it doesn't matter. however, don't look down on them for "being slutty".. hahah.. it's just a style that's "in" right now. i also like dancing w/ someone i know at a party too. who cares? if they make u feel bad or stupid, then yeah maybe u need new friends, but if they are cool w/ you, they won't force u to do anything u don't want. but if u try out their way once, and hate it, at least u know u don't like it. but if u haven't tried it, don't knock it! :)

DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!
My friends are the same. I like Oxfords and Polo's and my friends like supertight mini's and tube top bra-shirts. I love them and they love me. There image is different in public but if in the house you are the same, like you have a bond...don't worry about the physical. I mean it's acceptance. Sometimes try to relate.
It;s like desperate housewives. Bree is like a Martha Stewart and Gabrielle is like a Brittney Spears. At the end of the day Gabrielle's adultry doesn't deter the friendship.

What you have to do is look at yourself. You are you and that means you are unique. So stop bugging. They're doing what they think is fun. Don't let others tell you what do if you don't like what their doing. Remember a friend is someone you can turn to in need. Just because they are different doesn't mean they can't be your friends.

it depends..do you like your friends? are you comfortable being around them? if you arent, then i suggest changing your friends to suit your interests. but remember, everyone is different. for example, i have many friends that are completely different from me. some are more outgoing, some are more shy, some or smarter, some are funnier, and some are more artistic than me, but that doesnt mean that we arent friends. we all find something in common and we have been friends for a long time. but if you are not sure about your friends, and if you actually have something in common with them, then i would suggest paying attention to their behavior and seeing if you have any common interests, if you dont then i do believe you need some new friends.
